Not ideal is it. All prepared for some sun and relaxation and you end up spending a day in Grand Rapids Airport. Passengers on the Allegiant Air flight to Sanford were understandably upset at frustrated as their flight was delayed by 24 hours.
The flight was due to take off at 9AM but was delayed due to a mechanical fault. Passengers waited at the Airport until 6PM before been told to go home as the flight would not leave until the next morning.
